Wow! What a great start to the school year. In year 5/6, we have been super busy, using games to revise our grammar objectives. A lot of partner work has taken place this week. In maths, we have been looking at numbers up to 1,000,000 and exploring all things place value. To do this we used dice to build our own numbers and showed how we can represent their values in a range of ways. To end the week, we have started our micro bit project. The children were extremely patient and persevered in the tricky world of technology. Their coding was very impressive.
