Children's Mental Health Week

1st February 2023

The 6—12th of February marks Children's Mental Health week, to help raise awareness for the 1 in 6 children aged 5 to 16 who were identified as having a mental health problem in July 2021 we want you to join us in going Inside Out!

On Friday February 10th we want you to go Inside Out, by wearing an item of clothing Inside Out we can help spark conversations around mental health, support Children's Mental Health Week and bring much needed attention to some of the worrying figures seen below.

We would love to see as many schools, children, teachers and parents involved as possible! If you would like to be involved we can also send you some #AskMeWhy stickers, simply hit the button below and get in touch.

In school, children will be taking part in activities to support their mental health, and raising awareness of the importance of talking about things.

On February 10th be sure to snap a photo and post it to your social media account, tag us and use the hashtag #CMHWAskMeWhy
